📦 Shipping & Return Policy
✅ 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To request a return, email us at Luvujewellery@gmail.com. Please do not return any items without prior approval, as unapproved returns will not be processed.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions. You’ll be responsible for carefully packaging the item.
🧾 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at Luvujewellery@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

🔁 Exchanges
If you'd like a different item, we recommend requesting a return and placing a new order after your return is approved. This ensures faster processing and inventory availability.
🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
